Contractors to repair $1B leak 55 stories under NYC

Crews led by Kiewit-Shea and a tunnel boring machine dubbed Nora are in the process of digging a $1 billion bypass tunnel under the Hudson River to get around the leaking, 85-mile Delaware Aqueduct.
