Report: Salesforce Transit Center a 'floating barge'

Like the neighboring Millennium Tower, San Francisco's Transbay Transit Center is not anchored to bedrock, and San Francisco Chronicle columnists called it "a 1,500-foot-long barge floating atop a lake of deep mud."
